The Object

Beautiful in its own right, before any flowers.

A heavy rectangular slab of clear glass cradles a violet bowl-form, with embers of red caught beneath it, the colour submerged and sealed so it seems to hover at the centre. On a Dubai console, an entrance shelf, or a quiet corner of a hospitality suite, it reads as a sculpted object first and a vase second, light deepening the violet to amethyst as the day turns. Perfect for those seeking a piece of colour with real weight, finished by hand.

Material & Craft

Material, light, and placement.

Material & Craft
Sommerso, by Hand

Solid clear glass cased over a violet pour and a seam of red — the sommerso technique, where each colour is dipped and submerged layer by layer, then sealed in clear. Every piece is made by hand, so no two pools of colour ever settle alike.

Light
Amethyst at Every Hour

Daylight passes straight through the clear glass and lingers in the violet core, lifting it toward amethyst at noon and pooling it darker, almost wine-deep, as the light lowers. The red beneath catches the warmth and glows.

Placement
Object First, Vase Second

It anchors a console or an entrance shelf as a sculptural object on its own. Leave it bare to let the colour speak, or add a few quiet stems for a dining vignette or a majlis side table.

Care & MaintenanceClarity stays easy to maintain.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and keep the glass free of dust and harsh abrasives so the submerged colour stays luminous and the surface stays clear.
