Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, request a sample, or apply for our Trade Program, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp preferred), country/city, business type, project size, and any free-text message you provide.

We also automatically collect: IP address, browser type, referring URL, UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign), and pages visited via Google Analytics 4.

2. How We Use Your Data

To respond to inquiries and quote requests; to send samples and order confirmations; to qualify Trade Program applications; to improve our website and services through analytics; to comply with legal obligations under UAE and KSA commercial law.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only as needed with: (a) our CRM and customer service team within SILU; (b) approved shipping partners when fulfilling orders; (c) approved payment processors when a transaction is enabled and completed; (d) analytics providers for aggregated usage statistics.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) to understand visitor behavior. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. See our Cookie Notice for details.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@siluglobal.com or WhatsApp +971 561 488 366. We will respond within 30 days as required by UAE PDPL.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry and Trade Program data is retained for 5 years for commercial recordkeeping. Anonymous analytics data is retained for 14 months. You may request earlier deletion.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS, encrypted database) and access controls. All payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third parties; we never store credit card numbers.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in UAE, EU, and US (Google Cloud, Vercel, Supabase). All transfers comply with Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

Our services are intended for design professionals and institutional buyers aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.
