Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Regions

We support delivery across the UAE, KSA, wider GCC, and selected international destinations. Carrier, service level, and delivery method are confirmed at quote or order confirmation stage based on item size, destination, and handling needs.

2. Standard Lead Times

In-stock items: 2-6 business days within UAE; 5-10 days within GCC; 7-14 days international.
Bespoke/custom orders: 8-16 weeks from order confirmation, depending on specification.
Large items (rugs, furniture): 4-8 weeks via sea freight for international.

Specific lead times confirmed at quote stage. Expedited shipping available at additional cost.

3. Shipping Fees

UAE: Shipping fees are confirmed before order confirmation. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply when stated in writing.
KSA / GCC: Calculated by weight, volume, destination, and customs handling requirements before order confirmation.
International: Quoted individually. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, SILU will share the available tracking number or delivery reference by email or WhatsApp. For B2B large orders, your dedicated SILU advisor will coordinate delivery updates directly.

5. White Glove Delivery (Optional)

For furniture, rugs, and large decorative items, we offer white glove delivery: in-home placement, unboxing, debris removal. Available in UAE and KSA major cities. Additional fee applies; request at quote stage.

6. International Shipping and Customs

For shipments outside GCC, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing list).

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or force majeure events. We will communicate proactively. Compensation for delays is at SILU's discretion based on circumstances.
