Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Regions

We ship across UAE, KSA, GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar), and international destinations (Europe, North America, Asia). Local delivery (UAE/KSA) handled by Aramex. International shipments via DHL Express or sea freight for large items.

2. Standard Lead Times

In-stock items: 2-6 business days within UAE; 5-10 days within GCC; 7-14 days international.
Bespoke/custom orders: 8-16 weeks from order confirmation, depending on specification.
Large items (rugs, furniture): 4-8 weeks via sea freight for international.

Specific lead times confirmed at quote stage. Expedited shipping available at additional cost.

3. Shipping Fees

UAE: Free shipping on orders over 5,000 AED. Below that, standard rate applies (calculated at checkout).
KSA / GCC: Calculated by weight and destination at checkout.
International: Quoted individually. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track via your SILU account dashboard. For B2B large orders, your dedicated SILU advisor will coordinate delivery directly.

5. White Glove Delivery (Optional)

For furniture, rugs, and large decorative items, we offer white glove delivery: in-home placement, unboxing, debris removal. Available in UAE and KSA major cities. Additional fee applies; request at quote stage.

6. International Shipping and Customs

For shipments outside GCC, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing list).

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or force majeure events. We will communicate proactively. Compensation for delays is at SILU's discretion based on circumstances.
