Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SILU Global FZ-LLC services and website (siluglobal.com). By accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

SILU provides bespoke luxury home decor and B2B sourcing services for designers, hospitality buyers, real estate developers, and private residences across UAE, KSA, and GCC region. Services include: catalogue curation, custom specification, design collaboration, and turnkey delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter contracts. B2B services are intended for licensed businesses, design studios, hospitality operators, and accredited buyers. Personal/residential clients welcome for retail purchases.

3. Inquiries, Samples, and Quotes

Inquiry submission does not constitute an order. Sample requests may be subject to shipping fees and a returnable deposit for high-value items. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on product specification, quantity, and delivery terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or credit approval (for Trade Program members with Net 30/60 terms). We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Amex (via Shopify Payments), Tabby (UAE BNPL), Tamara (KSA BNPL), Mada (KSA), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Wire Transfer (B2B large orders only).

5. Trade Program

Trade Program is by application only. Approved members receive: Net 30/60 payment terms, 5-15% trade discount based on volume, complimentary sample box quarterly, and dedicated SILU advisor. Approval is at SILU's discretion based on portfolio, references, and creditworthiness.

6. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are quoted in USD by default; AED and SAR available via currency selector. GCC VAT (5%) is added automatically at checkout for UAE/KSA orders. International orders may incur import duties and customs fees, payable by the buyer.

7. Delivery and Lead Times

Standard delivery: 2-6 weeks for in-stock items; 8-16 weeks for bespoke/custom orders. Lead times confirmed at quote stage. Shipping handled by Aramex, DHL, or freight forwarders for large items. See Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In summary: small B2C orders (under $5,000) qualify for 7-day return window from delivery, subject to condition. Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. B2B large orders: reconciliation-based refund as agreed in quote.

9. Intellectual Property

All SILU brand assets, product imagery, design specifications, and content are property of SILU Global FZ-LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

SILU's liability is limited to the order value of the item in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by UAE federal law and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then arbitration under DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, seated in Dubai.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
