01 · The Brief

An interior commission in Shanghai for Emaar — Dubai's most recognisable developer — built around the question of how to bring the Emirates' confident hospitality language into a Chinese commercial address without flattening either. Pudong restraint over Marina theatre.

02 · What we curated

We worked alongside the design team supplying decorative stone, marble inlay, custom metal screens, bespoke carpets, and feature lighting. The selection was tuned to read fluently against Emaar's Dubai showrooms while answering Shanghai's own register — a quieter palette, but the same level of intent.

03 · The Detail

The lobby floor — a book-matched marble inlay drawn from a single block, specified slab-by-slab from the European quarry. Three slabs were rejected and re-sourced before the final lay was approved.
