These Terms govern your use of SILU FZE LLC services and website (siluglobal.com). By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or confirming an order, you agree to these terms unless a signed quote or written agreement states otherwise.

1. Service Scope

SILU provides curated interiors sourcing and B2B/B2C product support for designers, hospitality buyers, real estate developers, commercial projects, and private residences across UAE, KSA, and GCC region. Services include: catalogue curation, custom specification, design collaboration, and turnkey delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter contracts. B2B services are intended for licensed businesses, design studios, hospitality operators, and accredited buyers. Personal/residential clients welcome for retail purchases.

3. Inquiries, Samples, and Quotes

Inquiry submission does not constitute an order. Sample requests may be subject to shipping fees and a returnable deposit for high-value items. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on product specification, quantity, and delivery terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only after SILU issues written confirmation and the required payment, deposit, or approved trade credit terms are in place. Available payment methods are confirmed at quote or checkout stage and may include bank transfer or approved online payment providers when enabled.

5. Trade Program

Trade Program is by application only. Approved members receive: Net 30/60 payment terms, 5-15% trade discount based on volume, complimentary sample box quarterly, and dedicated SILU advisor. Approval is at SILU's discretion based on portfolio, references, and creditworthiness.

6. Pricing and Taxes

Prices, currency, VAT treatment, delivery terms, and any import duties or customs fees are confirmed in the quote or order confirmation. International and cross-border orders may incur duties, taxes, broker fees, or customs clearance requirements payable by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery and Lead Times

Standard delivery: 2-6 weeks for in-stock items; 8-16 weeks for bespoke/custom orders. Lead times confirmed at quote stage. Shipping handled by Aramex, DHL, or freight forwarders for large items. See Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In summary: eligible non-custom items may qualify for return within the stated policy window, subject to condition and packaging requirements. Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. B2B large orders are handled on the reconciliation terms agreed in the quote.

9. Intellectual Property

All SILU brand assets, product imagery, design specifications, and content are property of SILU FZE LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

SILU's liability is limited to the order value of the item in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by UAE federal law and the applicable laws and forum stated in the confirmed quote or written agreement. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
